It was formed in 2022 through the merger of TA Tilikontrolli Oy and Tilitoimisto M. Hauhtonen Oy, and has offices in Ylivieska, Nivala, Himanka and a second one on the coast. Each client is assigned a personal bookkeeper.
Services include bookkeeping and final accounts, electronic or paper-based, accounts receivable and payable, rental ledgers and payroll. Tax planning and advice cover changes of company form, succession and valuation. Several electronic accounting programs are used, including Netvisor, and staff are trained regularly.
