This is the Finnish office of a Singapore-headquartered consultancy specialising in vertical transportation: lifts, escalators, moving walkways and materials handling systems. Services cover design, maintenance management, modernisation planning, safety certification, traffic simulation and inspections and audits, across the whole lifecycle from building programming to modernisation.
The company was founded in 2015 by Michiel de Moel and Johannes de Jong. It has been certified and accredited by the Dutch Liftinstituut for safety inspections and certifications in South East Asia since 2016, and is a member of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. Offices are in Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Australia and Finland. Clients include building owners, architects, developers, commercial owners and management corporations, on projects at home and abroad.
