Founded in 2016, the firm provides client representation and construction supervision for individuals and businesses. Services include tender requests, project planning, procurement, responsible site manager duties and alteration supervision. Projects range from bathrooms to whole housing company renovations, with new builds also accepted.
Investigations cover moisture and structural measurements, asbestos and hazardous substance surveys and condition surveys. Reports are usually sent electronically to clients, property managers and shareholders. Each site visit produces an interim report within half a day. Founder Heikki Mäenpää is a master builder with over 30 years in construction.
