The estate dates back to the early 1500s as a noble property of the Westgöta family. Some buildings are from the 1920s, when Birger Ahlström converted a cowshed into stables. Today's riding centre houses 44 horses and offers boarding for private owners. Several businesses use the grounds; greenhouse vegetable production began in 1986 and was sold to a separate company in 2014.
Riding areas serve private horse owners and members of the riding club. Dried hay and pressed bales from the estate's fields are sold, alongside grain-free coconut-based CoolStance Copra horse feed. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
