The stainless steel sculpture by Dutch artist Lucien den Arend was donated to the municipality in 2018. It comprises two arcs and a straight beam made from tubing about 200 mm in diameter. Parts made in the Netherlands were welded together on site.
Designed to be seen from a roundabout, it changes appearance with the viewing angle. Its title refers to turning or changing. The artist's permanent POAM, Penttilä Open Air Museum, sculpture park is nearby.
