The massage business is run by Satu Niemi, a trained masseuse registered in the VALVIRA professional register and a member of the Association of Trained Masseurs. Services include classic massage, nerve pathway therapy, dry cupping and Reiki. Nerve pathway therapy works on the peripheral nervous system by pressing acupoints with a rotating technique, without needles, and dry cupping follows the Finnish folk tradition, without bloodletting. The business started in 2000, and official massage training was completed at the Turku massage academy in 2021.
Each client receives an individual treatment based on their needs, beginning with an intake interview and an assessment of posture and range of motion. A health questionnaire is filled in at the first visit, listing contraindications such as acute infection, fever, vascular blockage or open wounds. Gift cards are available for the treatments. Payment options are cash, mobile transfer, MobilePay and wellbeing vouchers (ePassi, SmartumPay, EdenredPay).
