The third-generation family optician began as a watch, jewellery and optical shop in 1923. Its range includes frames, lenses, sunglasses and contact lenses. Lenses for frames purchased in the shop are ground and fitted by hand in its own workshop, and old glasses are repaired.
Expertise includes children's vision examinations, contact lens and low-vision aid fitting, and workplace vision ergonomics. Advice is available on cataract and lens surgery questions. Book online; appointments outside regular opening hours are possible by arrangement. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
