This waste reception point is part of Botniarosk's waste management. The company is owned by seven municipalities: Isojoki, Kaskinen, Kauhajoki, Kristiinankaupunki, Närpiö and Teuva, plus the local municipality. It handles municipal waste management within its service area as required by the Waste Act and runs reception points for residents and businesses.
A sorting guide and sorting advice by phone are available. Businesses can arrange waste collection through a waste transport company, and larger customers have a materials marketplace. Burnable waste has been renamed mixed waste, with the same contents.
