The former machine workshop provides around 1,500 m² of event space within historic brick interiors. The hall holds up to 1,500 people for fairs, concerts, exhibitions, sports events and family celebrations, and can be divided with partitions.
A separate banquet room seats 40–50 people with a full set of tableware. Sauna facilities can be hired separately. Rental is managed by Toikkakiinteistöt Oy, a family company founded in 2020. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
