This local 4H association is part of the national 4H youth organisation. In its clubs, children learn everyday skills for sustainable living with the support of trained young club leaders. The activities also include working-life and entrepreneurship skills and chances to have a say. Its values include respect for nature, the environment and other people, tolerance and sustainable development.
The association runs the 4H company programme, where people aged 13 to 28 can found and run a small company with a supervisor. Members write a business plan, can take a company course and can earn the 4H digital skills badge. Each year the company produces an activity report and financial report. Taking part in the programme requires membership of the local 4H association.
