This family business began in 1920 as N. Ojalan Leipurinliike and now runs café and bakery operations in two towns, Seinäjoki among them. The café-shop lets guests sit down with coffee and fresh bakery items, and a home-style soup lunch is served on weekdays. The bakery makes savoury and sweet baked goods by hand from pure raw materials. The pub Janoinen Leipuri operates in the cellar of the café-confectionery, and Pakarin Vintti upstairs is a catering restaurant for parties and meetings.
Take-away options include fresh pastries, soups, salads, coffee, tea, cocoa and cold drinks. Savoury and sweet treats, branded pastries and wedding cakes are made to order. The products are also sold at EPStori and Ideapark in Seinäjoki and at the café of Seinäjoki Central Hospital. The seating, car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
