The business and event centre offers offices, remote working desks, meeting, seminar and party spaces, plus a sauna and hospitality room. Kahvila ja Keittiö Kesti serves lunch and coffee treats and provides catering.
Workspaces, meeting rooms, party rooms and the sauna can be booked online. The yard has customer parking and four EV charging spaces operated through eParking. The entrance, parking and toilet are accessible. The centre is managed by a property company partly owned by the city.
