This gluten-free bakery makes bread and baked goods by hand under the Hannun 100 % Gluteeniton brand. Psyllium fibre or soaked flaxseed replaces gluten, and oat products use pure oats grown in Finland. The range includes bread suitable for a FODMAP diet and gluten-free, lactose-free vanilla and cinnamon biscuits.
Made-to-order cakes can also be lactose-free or vegan. Products are sold through bakery shops, resellers and an online shop delivering to mainland Finland via Posti or Matkahuolto. Paper bags are recycled as cardboard and plastic bread bags as plastic packaging.
