This multi-purpose recreation and sports centre lies in the Free-time Centre area and is operated by the city. Besides the city swimming pool, the building has a fitness room and a wrestling and judo hall. Other operators in the building run a golf simulator, a throwing and batting facility, a tennis hall and a bowling hall, with a shooting and skiing simulator alongside it.
Lane and pool slots at the swimming hall can be booked through the Enkora booking system. A customer service desk and a cafeteria are on site. Pool ticket sales close one hour before the pool closes. The tennis hall is open daily, with bookings handled on its own website. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
