The youth association runs clubs, camps, work-life courses and employment opportunities. It supports small youth businesses with an enterprise tutor, alongside summer jobs and work services that employ over 30 young people each year.
Young entrepreneurs must be members of the association. Training is offered through Teams and as self-paced study in the national network's online academy. Entrepreneurship may earn study credits, and participants can enter an annual enterprise competition. Adults can volunteer as business tutors.
