This business and event park occupies a 420-hectare site in South Ostrobothnia. It offers about 45,000 square metres of office, industrial and warehouse space and has its own airfield. Some 40 to 50 tenants from around 25 industries work here, and dozens of events are held each year, both expert and mass events. It also runs an accelerator track.
On site there is accommodation for up to 475 to 500 people, a modern large-scale kitchen and varied restaurant services. Facilities include remote work points, meeting, training and seminar rooms, party and trade fair halls, a concert hall and auditoriums. The park lies along the main railway line next to two main roads. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
