This South Ostrobothnian development association advises local organisations and administers Leader funding for business start-ups, development, investment, village activities and rural services. Micro and small businesses can apply for development, investment and start-up grants. Project grants also serve associations, municipalities, educational institutions and other communities.
The association arranges events and campaigns with partners and supports joint projects by groups of businesses. It manages the Massi Buustaa grant for entrepreneurs under 30 and 4H enterprises. Its work also includes supporting the Outdoor Active recreation app and running the Puolukka lingonberry information project. There is no wheelchair-accessible toilet.
