This independent, locally owned gym limits its membership. Training takes place without loud televisions or loud music. Cardio equipment includes a crosstrainer, exercise bike and treadmill. Personal training, wellbeing coaching and an infrared sauna are available.
The gym is in the Grani shopping centre, with parking in front. Wheelchair users can access the entrance and parking area. Gym cards and personal training packages can be ordered for home delivery. Smartum, ePassi, Ticket mind&body, eazybreak and recreation vouchers are accepted. A trial visit creates no membership obligation.
Tell prospective members below about training at and using the gym.
