The holiday village stands on the shore of Lake Tastulanjärvi, about 7 km from the village centre. According to its website it began operating in 1969, the year after the folk music festivals began nearby. It offers caravan and tent pitches with lake views and holiday apartments that also suit longer stays. A new service building was completed in 2021, and caravan accommodation is available year-round.
Caravanners need not book in advance. Activities include rowing boats, bicycle rental, SUP boarding, a floating mat, mountain biking routes and the Vitarinki trail. The area also has a beach sauna, a grill shelter, a bar (not open regularly), beaches, playgrounds, a golf area and an electric vehicle charging point. Wi-Fi and parking are free, pets are welcome, and there is no swimming pool.
