This tourist centre stands on an island by the lake, on the Vaasa–Joensuu road. Accommodation includes two-storey cottages, apartments and other lodgings, plus a caravan area with electricity, a shared sauna, a kitchen and WC and shower facilities, and a grassy tent camping area by the shore. The restaurant has about 60 seats, lakeside sun terraces for about 55 guests and two indoor halls. The menu offers grill dishes, pizza, salads, hamburgers, Wiener schnitzel, pasta and children's meals; pizzas can be made to your own recipe, with a salad bar included.
Activities include boating, frisbee golf, fishing and sauna, and rowing or motor boats can be taken out to fish. The shop sells drinks, sweets, groceries, toys and souvenirs, and plastic hot tubs can be rented and delivered. The restaurant can host events and special holiday menus, and arrange meetings on its own terrace. Accommodation and restaurant tables can be booked online. Wi-Fi and parking are free, breakfast is included with the stay, pets are welcome and the building is non-smoking. There is no pool or gym.
