This small local company sells and installs kitchen and fixed home furniture and carries out renovation, construction and painting work. The furniture includes storage units, wardrobes, and sliding and furniture doors. It is made in Finland by Mellano Oy in Lapinlahti, and cabinet bodies and doors can be made to measure. Delivery takes about three weeks.
Services include bathroom and sauna renovations, apartment and house renovations, interior and exterior painting, and small repair jobs. The owner holds a wet-room waterproofing installer certificate. Work is done as a fixed contract or by the hour, with no separate travel charges within the service area, which covers Pielavesi, Tervo, Vesanto, Viitasaari and the local municipality. The business has operated from the same location for 32 years. Visits are agreed by phone or email, evenings and weekends included, and the car park is wheelchair accessible.
