This practice provides physiotherapy for animals, assessing mobility and function through an owner interview, observation and examination. Common reasons for treatment are movement disorders, reduced performance, musculoskeletal injuries and pain, and rehabilitation after surgery. Methods include stretching, soft tissue treatment, joint mobilisation, physical treatments, guidance and therapeutic exercise.
Treatment is decided together with the veterinarian, and physiotherapy for a sick animal is always decided by a veterinarian. Work is done in close cooperation with the animal's owner, keeper or trainer. The lead physiotherapist is licensed (AMK) with several years of animal experience and extra training, including acupuncture (2024), Stecco fascial manipulation for canines (2022) and an animal physiotherapy course (2021). The team also includes an MDT physiotherapist. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
