The foundation's coaching and workshop activities include rehabilitative work activity, work trials, wage-subsidised work, social rehabilitation and services for people with intellectual disabilities. Its media workshop is for young media graduates or those aiming for media studies.
Skills gained are mapped to the vocational qualification in media and visual expression, with a competence certificate usable for further studies. Rehabilitative work activity does not create an employment relationship. The foundation also operates a Goodwill second-hand shop and online store, waste collection and cleaning services.
