This gym belongs to the Finnish EasyFit chain and is on the second floor of the Prima shopping centre in the city centre. Gym access is open 24 hours, with staffed customer service at set times. The cardio area has treadmills and exercise bikes, and there is a free-weight area, two deadlift platforms and a weightlifting platform. It also has PureStrength lever machines and a functional training area with squat and pull-up stations and sleds.
There are several group exercise rooms, including a spinning room, with both live and virtual classes. It is an official HYROX training club offering guided 60-minute HYROX sessions. The changing-room lockers use electronic locks, so no padlock is needed. Personal training, coaching packages and fitness testing are available, and members get a free consultation with a personal trainer. Parking is free for two hours in the large public car park opposite the entrance. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
