Gym, group fitness, personal training, massage and physiotherapy are offered under one roof and in Oulu. The gym here is over 1,000 m² with equipment from more than ten manufacturers, including Watson, Precor, Gymleco, Nautilus, Eleiko and Hammer Strength. Access is by key and mobile app around the clock every day, and one membership is valid at all Kuntomo gyms. The premises are in the Zeppelin shopping centre.
Physiotherapists, massage therapists and personal trainers work as one team and can refer clients between services. Physiotherapy is available as a self-paying client without a referral or with a doctor's referral, and massage and physiotherapy can be booked online. Epassi, Edenred and Smartum are accepted. Massage home visits are offered in the surrounding area and in Oulu, and there are workplace wellbeing services for companies.
