This pizzeria belongs to Kipparin Pizza, which operates in Oulu and a second location nearby. The business was founded in 2021 with a summer outlet called Torin Kippari on the Oulu market square, and the first pizzeria opened in autumn 2022. Restaurateur Mikko Tapio has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant trade. Pizzas are built on carefully selected ingredients and a sourdough-based crust, and smoked meats, Mikko's speciality, go on the pizzas.
