The eco salon is staffed by trained eco-hairdressers, and the business is a member of SUKE ry, the Finnish association of trained eco-hairdressers. Colouring uses natural plant colour made from dried plant and herb powders, and clay lightening is available. Treatments include clay, peat and herb treatments, scalp and hair care, Indian head massage and energy cutting. Traditional services cover haircuts, conventional colouring and highlights, along with lash and brow tinting, quick haircuts, curling and braiding.
The products are fragrance-free, so clients are asked to come without perfume or strong scents. Strong lightening, colour removal and permanent waves are not offered, and synthetic colour is used only for clients aged 16 and over. Appointments can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours ahead; a no-show or late cancellation is charged in full. The salon is in the Karuselli shopping centre, and the car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
