Housing companies can commission window and door condition surveys, maintenance and repairs. Work covers seals, locks, ventilation devices, frame painting, glazing beads and rot repairs. Specialities include wood-aluminium and MSE windows, plus original wooden windows from the 1950s onwards. The business began in 1994 and has operated in its present form since 2019.
Surveys provide a written report, window list and preliminary cost estimates for the board. Original windows are retained where practical, with advice on when repair ceases to be worthwhile. Air-Termico fresh-air valves can be installed and serviced. Projects lasting several months and tailored solutions can also be arranged.
