The food wholesaler supplies professional kitchens and home cooks with fish, meat, vegetables, cheese, pasta, bakery goods and gourmet products. Its own brands include Hyvä Apaja, Valmix, Komero and Familia, alongside international names such as De Cecco, Valrhona, Ponthier and Rougié.
It has production at three locations. Products include sous vide foods and fish salads, terrines and pâtés from its Porvoo factory. That factory holds ISO 22000 food safety and ISO 14001 environmental certification, and MSC- and ASC-certified fish and seafood are used in production.
