The osteopath is also an exercise instructor and a Valvira-approved trained massage therapist. Osteopathy treats the body as a whole, aiming to find the root cause of a problem rather than only its symptoms. Patients range from infants to the elderly, and pregnant clients are welcome after the first trimester. Treatment is offered for headaches and migraines, neck and shoulder tension, jaw problems, back pain, acute injuries, posture issues, stress and sleep problems. Sports massage, jaw muscle massage and spinal mobilisation are also available.
