Founded in 2019 by brothers Jari and Juha Tuominen, the firm began with the acquisition of an accounting office. Bookkeeping, payroll, tax services, business law and Controller services come under one roof, served electronically across Finland. Each client is assigned a named bookkeeper for everyday questions. The firm holds the Nordic Growth Certificate.
The work uses accounting software including Netvisor, Fivaldi, Procountor and Fennoa. Business law covers contracts, employment law, corporate law, business restructuring and company sales. The firm also helps with support and financing applications, advises on Leader funding where eligible and runs entrepreneur training courses. Other offices are in Jämijärvi, Parkano, Nokia, Tampere and Ikaalinen.
