Bread is made by hand from flour in the in-store bakery, using a sourdough starter for white bread too. Loaves have a crisp crust and slightly moist interior. Handmade pastries include cinnamon buns, doughnuts, sweet buns and Danish pastries. Head confectioner Eero Paulamäki creates the chain's cakes and confectionery.
The bakery shop is inside K-Citymarket. Custom layer cakes and pastries can be pre-ordered through the chain's online cake shop.
