Aesthetic group gymnastics combines music and movement into a flowing routine. It can be started at age four, with no upper age limit. There are recreational teams, ambitious competitive groups and dance-style gymnastics for adults.
Competitive teams select gymnasts with suitable skills and prior gymnastics, dance or similar experience. Recreational groups perform at Finnish Gymnastics Federation STARA events. Summer training is open to anyone interested.
