The company develops a patented technology that reduces liquid consumption in industrial washing, cleaning and rinsing. It combines pressurised gas and liquid flows to create a mist or spray. According to its website, reference cases show water savings of 80 to 90 per cent.
The nozzles are 3D metal printed and customised to each customer's needs. Software and sensors regulate liquid and gas flows from a pressure of 0.1 bar. Target industries include food and beverages, mining, defence and moving platforms such as aeroplanes, passenger ships and trains. The company seeks industrial partners to integrate its technology into their own services, and units are supplied as series products or customised services. Its main markets are in water-scarce countries outside Finland.
