The hotel and restaurant building has 34 smoke-free rooms, 14 of them in the hotel itself, and all have wireless internet. Breakfast comes with the room. The kitchen combines local ingredients and Karelian traditions with international cuisine, and dishes are prepared to order from fresh ingredients. A buffet lunch is served on weekdays, with take-away lunch available. In the same building, Sutkin Krouvi is a lounge-style bar with karaoke at weekends and live music of various genres.
There is a charging point for electric cars in front of the hotel and a drying room for snowmobilers' equipment. Several entrances let guests carry luggage straight from the car to the room. Parking and Wi-Fi are free, pets are welcome, and there are two saunas. There is no pool or gym.
