The education and culture centre houses an upper secondary school, music institute, adult education centre and cultural office. The 280-seat Kiteesali can serve as an auditorium, concert hall, theatre or event venue. The building also has the Monttu recording studio.
A restaurant hall, café and cabinet room can be adapted to different needs. The cultural director is the centre's contact. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
