This family-run shopping centre grew out of a trading business founded in 1947. K-Supermarket is the grocery anchor, enlarged to about 5,600 m² in 2020 with a refreshed interior. Other businesses include a department store, a pharmacy, an optician, a goldsmith and jewellery shop, and an Alko outlet. The parking hall on the ground floor was the first in the town.
The centre expanded in 1993, 1998, 2001, 2002 and 2007–2008 to about 12,000 m². The site is historically significant, marked by a plaque about the former Lotta Svärd association, and its successor, the Martta women's association, operates in the centre. Parking, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
