Founded in 1983, the club runs football and ice hockey for all ages through separate sections. It focuses on junior activities and coaching adapted to players' abilities. Home games take place at Agnico Eagle Areena.
Young children can join Leijona hockey school and a futsal club. Volunteers are sought as coaches, team managers, officials and kiosk staff. Club merchandise is sold online. The premises have wheelchair-accessible parking.
