The farm has been owned by the Anttila family since 1915. Pea cultivation started in 1979, and today the farm grows hand-picked peas, raspberries and garden berries, sold directly from the farm and to wholesalers across Finland. The main building dates from 1790 and was moved to its current site in 1830. A small home museum in the barn holds items from about 250 years of farm history.
The farm shop sells cold-pressed, pasteurised juices in seven varieties (sea buckthorn, lingonberry, blackcurrant, strawberry, rhubarb, cranberry, chokeberry) and frozen Finnish berries in 1 kg and 2.5 kg bags. The online shop offers juice in 3-litre tap-pack boxes and six-bottle assortments. The shop serves customers from summer to Christmas. In summer over 30 pickers work the fields, and visitors can pick berries to take home. Guided farm presentations are available for groups on request, and the main building houses Kartano Hostel. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
