The foundry produces steel, nodular iron and grey iron castings to customer requirements. It specialises in small and medium series from one to about a thousand pieces. Castings range from 500 g to five tonnes, with annual capacity of around 5,500 tonnes. Materials include structural, heat-resistant, wear-resistant and stainless steels.
Production uses hand moulding with phenolic alkaline sand, alongside 3D sand mould printing and lost-foam casting for prototypes. Castings can be delivered ready machined.
