Founded in 1965, the summer university brings higher education to Central Ostrobothnia. It offers open courses from several universities and universities of applied sciences, as well as professional continuing education.
Courses are open regardless of age or previous education and are delivered in person and remotely. Bespoke training is available for workplaces. The location has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking area.
