Models follow four styles, Trendi, Kaupunki, Perinne and Naturo, while the Oma malli design service adapts a house to the customer's needs.
Sauna buildings, garages and carports are also offered. Project schedules, plans and floor-pour drying are monitored during construction. Customers receive a dedicated representative, a house catalogue and a builder's guide. Structural elements have a partial warranty of up to ten years.
