The taxi booking centre operates around the clock. Vehicles include standard cars for 1–4 passengers, group taxis for up to eight, and several wheelchair-accessible taxis. Vehicles for patients travelling lying down are mainly ordered by hospitals and health centres. Kela taxi transport is also offered.
Book by phone or through the mobile app, which supports advance scheduling and company accounts. Advance booking is recommended for train, bus and airport connections and early departures. Bicycles cannot be carried. Booking calls are recorded for service quality.
