Founded by unemployed people in 1992, the association offers peer support, recreation, networking and advocacy. Its flea market sells clothing, shoes, household items, books and games. The Villa Hietala community centre has a meal service and ceramics workshop.
There is a sewing and handicraft club with guidance, alongside Taite job-search coaching. Collection can be arranged for donated furniture. Transport and property services, including snow clearing, are also offered. This office is in Koivuhaka Service Centre.
