Established in 1994, this building company undertakes turnkey house-package installations including foundations, as well as cottage construction and renovation. Work includes roof renovation, small extensions, water damage repairs, and sauna and bathroom refurbishment. It also has experience renovating homes from the 1940s and 1950s.
Work is concentrated around the Yllästunturi area and its surroundings. Depending on the project, up to four employees work alongside the owner. Building permit drawings and structural plans are not provided as a service.
