This outdoor recreation area on the Hevonlinnanharju ridge, in the north of the municipality, is run by the municipality. The central area has a toilet, a beach volleyball court, fitness steps and sledding slopes. There is a 24-hole disc golf course, fitness trails and winter ski trails maintained by the municipal leisure services. Fitness steps are found at three sites, two of them along the disc golf course.
The ridge has a lookout tower, a lean-to shelter with a campfire site and a bio-toilet. There is no public swimming beach at Hevonlinnan lake. A marked car park serves the central area, and motor vehicles, riding and walking pets are restricted on the trails. A cabin in the central area can be rented by associations and clubs, not private persons, with no indoor overnight stays. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
