The hotel and restaurant stand on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, built around a slow-living concept. It is marketed for work retreats as well as leisure stays, and suits business travellers and families. Rooms include Sea View, Forest View and two-bedroom family rooms, most with balconies. The restaurant has a veranda and a children's playroom and serves national dishes.
Eco-trails and the Santalahti Nature Trail begin next to the car park. Santalahti Beach, a minigolf course and an 18-hole golf course are about 100 m away, and the city centre is roughly 5 to 6.6 km away. Wi-Fi and parking are free, pets are welcome and the building is non-smoking. There is no pool or gym.
