Accommodation occupies renovated workers' apartments, over a century old, on the former sugar factory site on Hovinsaari island. Studios and family apartments cater for short visits and longer stays. Several units have a private sauna, and some studios connect through an internal door. Four rooms sharing a kitchen can be rented together for a private group.
Reservations are made through an online calendar, and Yuka Holding Oy operates the accommodation. The property is non-smoking and has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking. Some units have a kitchen. Breakfast is not served, pets are not allowed and the premises are not wheelchair accessible.
