The bakery and pâtisserie makes layer cakes, pastries, buns, bread, rolls and savoury baked goods. Recipes draw on traditional bakery recipes used since 1957, with ingredients such as butter, cream and eggs. Rye and spelt bread and savoury sandwich cakes are also offered.
Cakes and other bakery products can be ordered online. Cake slices, pastries and savoury items can be eaten at the café. Dietary labels accompany the products.
