Founded in 2014, this engineering office designs precast concrete elements for projects throughout Finland. Apartment buildings are its main speciality, alongside schools, daycare centres, care facilities and industrial and logistics buildings. Its concrete structure designer holds FISE certification for the highest difficulty class.
Structural design is carried out in close cooperation with sister company TJ-Rakenne Oy. References include logistics centres, wastewater treatment plant extensions and residential blocks.
